Not to mention the money you can be making, if you're good that is. Real estate agents, successful one's anyway, can and do make a very comfortable living, but to get there you will need to be properly licensed by the state you are working in.

If you don't pass the first time, you are covered and much better off. These types of offers can save you a bundle of money, because the fees to take a test over again can get very expensive. On top of that, your state might require a certain grace period before you are even eligible to take the test over.

Oh and in case you were wondering, I did fail my test the first time around. However, I was able to go through the course again and then retake the test, you would be surprised at how much I missed the first time, so it actually worked out well, and yes the second time I passed the test with flying colors.
